默认情况下主节点设置了污点不参与调度，删除污点即可允许调度
示例主节点名称：h800-110
查看污点：
kubectl describe node h800-110 | grep Taints
删除污点：
kubectl taint nodes h800-110 node-role.kubernetes.io/control-plane:NoSchedule-
